MCFT is the full time faculty union at Mendocino College located in Ukiah, California. We are affiliated with the our national organization, The American Federation of Teachers, AFL- CIO.
We obtained our local charter in 2005 from California Federation of Teachers and currently have a 100% membership rate among the faculty we represent Mendocino College includes the main Ukiah campus and three centers in Fort Bragg, Lakeport and Willits, serving approximately 5,000 students in a district that encompasses the greater parts of Lake and Mendocino counties. The beautiful 127-acre main campus is situated among the oaks on a country hillside that overlooks Ukiah valley. The District was established in 1973, and serves approximately 150,000 people from both Mendocino and Lake counties, eight unified school districts over more than 3,200 square miles http://www.mendocino.edu/ | ||
